My Thoughts:

I bought it at Publix (grocery store) I think it was on sale when I got it last year with a coupon or so I forgot the price but according to their site it's $13.95 it comes in three shades: Creamy natural,Buff Beige and Natural Beige. I have the first one: creamy natural.

The bottom compartment looks like this, there's the mirror, then the mini free brush and there are holes at the very bottom for ventilation purposes mayhaps? I dunno

Now I get it when people say they hate the free brush that comes along with the kit like this (in any product whatsoever no matter what line or brand) So yeah after a couple of cleanups with lukewarm water and soap it became like this the adhesive/glue that's supposedly holding the bristles got caught/mixed in it's just so sad coz I sorta like the free brush which I find convenient to have/use although it feels a little rough since it's like synthetic on the skin ugh and I don't think there is any process to reverse this so I just got to deal with it or just use one of my face brushes -_-
First look it looks like it's too much but once it blends in the coverage is light and finish off sheer.
with just one swipe of my finger

it blends really nice especially on my face it definitely corrects the redness although if you have dry-normal skin like mine even though I bought creamy natural I just have to dab it on my face gently and not so much or else it might create/accentuate the dry patch.Definitely need to moisturize a lot. Overall, 3.5 out of 5 stars I like how it corrects the redness of my skin and all that although sometimes I can appear quite ghostly white or pale haha It's light, compact and travel friendly.

My Thoughts:

I got a little bit obsess with lip products lately and just learned different lip products for every season like Coral for the summer stuff like that anyway these collection you can use for the fall season purplish-berry tones but of course it's still up to you if you want to wear it all year long go ahead I'm not stopping you haha!
The exact same order of the swatches below

1= 538A Just Garnet
2= 536A Dark Wine
3= 535D Black Orchid
4= 919B Vamp it up
5= 908C Sugar Plum Fairy
Net Wt. 0.13g/3.6g (each)

The first three's quite moisturizing while the last two got a matte finish. The Packaging is just clear plastic at the top and black at the bottom which is kinda cheap looking but hey what am I expecting it's these lipsticks are like $1 or something sometimes you can even buy them buy 1 get 50% off. The Colors are very pigmented I like to play with these and practice etc.the only color I didn't like is Vamp it up coz it's like and I feel like I just ate/drank squid ink hahaha truly very vampy, goth looking I don't really like the chemically taste like ugh but ya know now I understand why it's affordable and teens-adults have a love/hate relationship about them. But will I ever purchase this again? No...I'd rather buy the Revlon lipsticks or other brands than this I'm so sorry it's just that I feel like it's such a waste so sad I know T_T as much as I like the colors especially Dark Wine and Black Orchid I'm just not reaching for this stuff anymore...I don't recommend this product to anyone which makes me wonder why are these still on store/in shelf -_-

Overall
Packaging 2 out of 5 stars
Colors/Color range: 5 out of 5 stars
Affordability: 5 out of 5 stars
Formula: 1 out of 5 stars

What do you think? what's your favorite season and lip color? let me know in the comment section below! ^_^

My thoughts:
I bought these at Walgreens for $2.49 each. I think these are great eyeliner pencils especially if you're just starting out/beginning to try and experiment makeup. It's soft silky creamy like texture so it glides smoothly on my eyelids, easy to apply, convenient, travel friendly and I like to use this a lot to play around with my looks and practice putting my eye makeup I love how I can smudge it easily so I can do my attempt on smokey eyes,I usually use this alone/by itself especially when I don't want to put some eyeshadows on,they're easy to blend.I like the colors and color payoff which is bold and pigmented. One time one of the edges broke I just simply use the back of my hand in order to recreate that round like edge and viola! it works no need for a sharpener whatsoever. Con(s), well it's not waterproof so if you scratch your eyes a lot chances are it would smudge or whatever. As long as you don't scratch your eyes excessively I think this won't budge the moment it sets and it's not that long lasting depends how you use it really so yeah...Verdict, 5 out of 5 stars if you want an affordable easy to use eyeliner try to give this one a go. ^_^

My thoughts:

I don't really use lipliners but I gave these a GO since they're like $2.49 each at Walgreens so yeah I bought them woohoo! 1- Plush Plum is the closest to my natural lip color so it's really nice I can actually wear it by itself but it can be drying so with a lip balm on and then this one would be fine. 2 is really red I only use this  if ever I put some red lipstick on so it won't bleed on me. 3 is kinda mauve-ish light rosey pink while 4 is like 1 & 3 combined but darker shade like purplish berry almost. I think these are great lipliners especially if you're just starting out/beginning to try and experiment makeup, it's affordable, easy to apply, silky smooth it glides on nicely on my lips and sometimes I like to put it on my eyelids as an eyeliner as it almost has the same ingredients either way its great looking, the colors very nice, bold and pigmented although it's not that long lasting. Overall, 4.5 out of 5 stars really convenient, affordable and travel friendly.

Tony Moly Delight Tint Crayon #7 Neon Red | Makeup Review

Image & information source: Koreadepart

My thoughts:
So I bought this product for quite some time now [ #7 Neon Red for $4.92 (original price $6.15)] over at Koredepart  which I think is a good price as it is a tint/crayon lipstick sort of thing. Next I'll show you what it looks like on me.

color swatch in natural light (outdoors), it looks very light  but the color is buildable. Over here it looks like in between peach-coral

dry,natural lip color
On my lips it looks very bright red-pinkish almost! so this is just with one swipe/one layer on
This is what my lips looks like as the color fades

This is what the 2.8g  product looks like in my hand and that's seriously how far that lip color goes not very long compare to the packaging itself.

The only thing I don't like about this product is that it's not very long lasting that's it.

As for what I like/love about this product is that it's creamy, easy to apply, very moisturizing and as you can see from the my lip swatch pictures above it has a wonderful color payoff off with just one swipe/layer on and it fades beautifully too my lips looks so much better and healthy looking afterwards. The product itself has a sweet candy scent and it actually tastes nice haha!

As for the packaging I find it cute, simple, quite a thick/chubby looking tube but very comfortable at  hand and the bottom part always works even if I turned the lip product all the way up.

I'm not sure what to feel though about the lip product content sometimes I feel like it's just the right amount of product for the price and fit my needs just right then again if I use this everyday I think of course I'll ran out of it right away so I guess this is a nice supplemental lip color from time to time. Very handy and travel friendly I just hope it won't melt whenever I travel to a tropical country.

Final verdict, 5 out of 5 stars! I don't think you can go wrong with it and it's affordable too plus quite a wide range of bright lip colors to choose from although it doesn't last very long on my lips I still love it! no regrets!

What's your favorite lip color? I hope you give this one a shot! ^_^

Nyx HD Concealer | Makeup Review

This is my first repurchased concealer product I first bought it at Ulta for $4.99 and the second time at Amazon and let me tell you about this amazing product!

It's a wand type concealer and got 3 grams of product in it.

So many shades to choose from and if you buy at Ulta they usually have the buy 1 get 50% off sale
I bought shade 06 glow

It has a chemically normal makeup smell to it but it fades over time not very overpowering/ not irritating to your skin/nose/eyes.

Before picture you can see some dark circles under my eyes and after the concealer application it lightens and achieved an even skintone color and good thing I managed to capture this photo with the natural light outside woohoO!

What I don't like about it is that it only has 3 grams of product and doesn't come in a bigger size. I can quickly ran out of it haha!

What I like/love about this product is that it's cruelty free, affordable, creamy liquid light formula and coverage and very buildable, blends easily although it took me three layers to achieve that after picture it works for me and definitely covers my blemishes etc. Overall 5 out of 5 stars! I highly recommend this product!

Maybelline Dream Smooth Mousse | Makeup Review

This is the first time I bought Maybelline's foundation I researched beforehand. I heard and read nothing but good things about this one. This one might be just the one for me...I bought the shade 200  creamy natural at Ulta for $8.99.

back part
The top part comes with a free sponge and that's where you just basically store it unfortunately there's no mirror but I don't really mind.

the bottom part is the foundation.

the foundation doesn't really smell like anything

finger swatch

Packaging: Plastic and simple. The bottom part which is transparent looking I thought was glass at first. It's quite elegant looking very presentable and sturdy. I'm a bit surprised when I got it I thought the top part would be flat but actually has a dome shape slight curvature design.

Claims & My Thoughts:

-Skin looks and feels hydrated for 14 hours- never rough or dry
I have dry to normal skin right now I don't feel hydrated when I use this product I still need to use a face mist/ moisturizer beforehand  so this product won't accentuate some dry areas on my face (dry patch alert!) After 5 hours and 30 minutes even with moisturizer and primer I notice the product gradually fading and my face looks dry up close. The never rough or dry I guess depends if you have a really good skin condition and maintain a good skincare.

-Lightweight formula transforms from cream to liquid
It does feel light as if you have nothing on (coverage; light buildable to medium) creamy texture. Can't really apply it with my fingers you have to use a sponge that comes along with it or use your own brush. I haven't used that one though as I used a wedge sponge I bought from Ulta so I'd avoid double dipping and I guess just reserving that one in case of emergency haha! mayhaps it will transfrom to liquid if you forgot about it outside and it's hot it will probably melt.

-Flawless, natural coverage provides a smooth finish.
Indeed! it eliminated some redness and blemishes on my face although it's quite noticeable up close. Definitely evens out my skintone. As for smooth finish again it depends if you have good skin like if you exfoliated beforehand and such. So far so good.

Note: once opened used within 12 months

According to Maybelline's website:

100% BABY-SMOOTH PERFECTION
14-HOUR HYDRATION
Ideal for Normal to Dry Skin

Why You'll Love It

Unique cream-whipped foundation provides 100% baby-smooth perfection
Skin looks and feels hydrated for 14 hours – never rough or dry
Ideal for normal to dry skin types
Oil-free, fragrance-free, Dermatologist-tested, allergy-tested, non-comedogenic – won’t clog pores, safe for sensitive skin

For Best Results

Apply smoothly and evenly to your face and blend with the applicator.

With one layer on, no primer
Natural light from outside

Overall 5 out of 5 stars! I like this product so far, easy to use, compact, doesn't cause me breakouts, evens out my skintone, somewhat hides my blemishes, my go to product at the moment, quite long lasting ( 5 hours and 30 mins. isn't so bad to retouch even with moisturizer and primer on) , there's no need for me to put on powder as it feels and looks matte after application, quite a lot of product and pretty affordable too!

I think it would also be great for oily types as well (I'm not sure about the super duper oily)  this product is oil free, won't create a dry patch on oily types(I hope),won't clog pores and mayhaps create like a dewy flawless finish  although they have a matte mouse counterpart for this product. I think it's worth giving a shot!

Tony Moly Delight Tony Tint (#1 Cherry Pink) VS. Nature Republic Real Gel Tint (#1 Red) | Makeup Review

I bought these products via koreadepart they have a lot of variety of different cosmetics/beauty products from all sorts of Korean brands and some clothing items as well at very reasonable prices. Although I mostly order korean cosmetics  from them because I don't really order clothes online due to size differences anyway, out of all the online retailers out there I think they're the most affordable one when it comes to cosmetics/beauty products and trustworthy so far the only problem I encountered with my order is when it's out of stock in which they quickly resolved, refunded what I paid for safely minus shipping fee for that certain product.

They often have sale events so if you're particularly into a certain brand their event calendar section would be very helpful, handy and good to know. As for shipping of course it depends where you are they have a fixed and tariff  cost zone also depending how much your final order weighs that would definitely greatly affect how much you pay in the end.

Now for the much awaited Lip tint review let's talk about the packaging first shall we?
as you can see from the picture below Nature Republic's very simple, cute due to its tiny size and seems more travel friendly than the Tony Moly one would you believe they're both 9ml quite shocking right? Tony Moly's slightly bigger and definitely a lot longer, also cute due to its heart decoration also the most top part of the wand is heart shaped.

They're both very affordable by the way Nature Republic I got it for $3.38 (original price $3.98) while Tony Moly for $2.03 (original price $2.90). So for me it totally depends which brand you're totally into ,which of these cute packaging appeal to you more and which of these fit your budget.

Heart shape top part of Tony Moly Delight Tony Tint (#1 Cherry Pink)
Wand Difference:

Tony Moly Delight Tony Tint (#1 Cherry Pink) long wand and has that slightly  upward pointy tip

Nature Republic Real Gel Tint (#1 Red)
short wand and has a more rounder tip
They both have soft texture, easy to apply and glides on smoothly.

Swatches:
          1. Nature Republic 2. Tony Moly

They both kinda look the same from the picture above Tony Moly just a tiny bit watery than Nature Republic and when you smudge it now you can see both the color difference down below Nature Republic truly got that reddish tone while Tony Moly got that Pinkish tone you can actually use both of these as blushes as well if you like.

Natural lip color, Dry Lips

Both available in 3 colors:
Tony Moly Delight Tony tint is  (#1 Cherry Pink, #2 Red, #3 Orange Chacha)
Nature Republic Real Gel Tint (#1 Red, #2 Pink, Orange)

They're both very vibrant, feel  the same and look really similar not that far away from each other that's why I decided to compare them eventhough I should haven't chosen cherry pink and should do red vs red in both product line well I haven't really seen nor read anything that compare both these products this way how they're so much alike so yeah. They both have hydrating formula but they don't last very long so you have to reapply frequently over time it would leave a wonderful natural looking lip stain,

There you have it! I hope you find this product/lip tint review helpful.I love these products so much! it's actually my first time to try them and so excited to share it with you guys. I'd rate it 5 out of 5 stars! lovely product!

Tell me in the comment section below what you think have you tried any of these two before? if you haven't I hope you give it a shot!

Nyx Love in Rio: SEGREDOS DE GISELLE (LIR06) eyeshadow palette | Makeup Review

My thoughts:

I bought this one at Ultra for $5.99 last September 2014. So that's almost like $1.99 a piece.Very affordable product and what I like about this company is that they are cruelty free so that's good.

Most of the people I know of don't really use this small applicator brush that comes along with the kit but I think its actually good I thought it would be made out of those cheap looking like removable plastic stuff but this one got really good material like a very sturdy foam great for smudging and wet application

it may not look much when I swipe it with my fingers mayhaps due to lighting and how I swiped it haha it actually has good pigmentation although they don't last very long.

This set is quite shimmery but not too overpowering just the right amount to give your eyes an added pop of color so on the left side is a pinky tone good for brow bone highlight the middle color got a more beige like champagne color and the last one is a bronze shimmer. The glitter for added shimmer is not really that lumpy or like in big chunks it's just the right amount of small specks of shimmer which is very nice whether you apply it wet or dry.

I prefer to apply this eyeshadows wet because sometimes it tends to flake on me and you can see visible creasing over time in my lids but with wet application it's alright and I think it last quite long with wet application I dunno maybe that's just me.

I personally love these shades which kinda reminds of the Kevyn Aucoin palette #1 which my mom gave me as a gift but of course Nyx has a lot more shimmer and not as fine and silky as Kevyn's.

Kevyn Aucoin palette #1
I'm really glad I bought this Nyx Love in Rio eyeshadow palette not only did it fit my budget it also has 1 gram of product in it. Sometimes I use this to play around like how to contour my face which actually looks fine the shimmer doesn't bother me that much as it give me a good glow.

I also like how it looks very natural looking whenever I apply it .It can pass as a no makeup makeup look actually haha and you can never go wrong with these three shades you can mix and match them or simply wear just one color it's very nice and flattering. Because of those reasons I gave this Nyx Love in Rio [SEGREDOS DE GISELLE (LIR06)] 4.5 stars out of 5. Good deal and Great kit especially for beginners or those of you like me who only like to apply eyeshadow once in a while and practice or whatever.
