Ciao
your impeccable character astonished me
even after all these years..the thought of you never left me.
We try to communicate
Casually catch up once in a while
Miss each other in so many ways...
There are times I'd like to give you a shot as it crossed my mind.
Try to reconsider things despite our differences
But you won't even compromise let alone persevere!
Step out of your comfort zone!
I hope you put some more effort my dear.
You & I thought we're meant to be or was it just me?
The word itself is quite overrated
Some things ain't right
This might/might not be the best course.
One day we'll meet again
Not sure when my dear old friend
We'll drink, talk and laugh all about it
In a not so distant future past.

Keeper
Knowing you is like spring time in the snow
Always merry and full of hope
You never fail to amuse me
Makes me laugh with your crazy antics
Whenever we get together
It's like we never actually parted, seems like yesterday
And it feels like we've known each other forever!
Time lapse smoothly
Everything moves effortlessly
Our worries slowly fades away
Just like any other day.

Jubilation
Starting all over again easier said than done
I'll take my chances better off than none.
A leap of faith
Rule out the improbable
Coz with you by my side everything's possible!
I hope & pray everyday
The turn out's gonna be just fine
Although I know you already took care of it
always ahead of time better than expected!
definitely worth the wait!
I can't thank you enough for what you just did.
You save(d) me multiple times
The Absolute most high!
I trust, believe and give you endless praise.
Your love for me can't compare and I love you to bits!

Unexpected
You made a mark inside my heart
I can't forget no matter how many times it tends to restart
Although there's no imminent danger yet but sooner or later I might lose it.
The moment I met you it hit home
One of the utmost vulnerable yet glorious time ever known
then the world seems to tremble
An impact so strong none could comprehend.
We're an unlikely pair that made the pact
Joined by fate
Off to an adventure of a lifetime
In order to help and kickstart.
We'll do our best to make it work
Let's see how it goes and what will take place thereafter.

First
Out of the blue we met
Your mere presence makes me smile
I don't want to forget
I'd like to get to know you
Even if that means going astray
As I'd like to give it a shot
So I won't regret it someday
Initially I really thought it was you
Even after all this time
I can't help but intermittently romanticize this strange case of us.Until...
A lot of things happened
Inevitable changes
A difference so evident
It's quite disappointing
Anyway, all for the best!
many thanks!
You'll always be an epic love
Keep that in mind
Now let's become the best version of ourselves as we get over such a phase and mayhaps one day our path will cross yet again.
All in good time til then keep safe!

Inevitable Hero's Journey
I met a couple of lovely people along the way...
A few note worthy while some are just completely despicable!
Devil in disguise!made quite a tempting offer
classic act of deception
I almost got consumed!
Good thing I said I'd pass and carry on with my mission.
Yes,I checked..my soul's still intact
As I move on,back on track, off the detour
I contemplated on weird turn of events
In which case I'm really glad & grateful that I met the likes of them..loads of lessons learned! No regrets!
When curiosity killed the cat
I thought of you my beloved
That always seems to work
It pulled me straight back.
Dodged death multiple times
I hope & pray I won't ran out of life lines (they sure are valuable!)
Anyway,I know I need to make up for lost time..
Wait for me.I'll be back soon..as promised.
All is well..fully awake and fortunately still alive!
In due course everything will unfold
And it will be one of those epic stories ever told!

One of those days
I left you a note
I'm not sure whether or not you've seen nor read it
but I'm hoping this one will reach you
just like many others.
I'd like to tell you that...
it could be quite scary sometimes
how much my love for you
consumes me
as it linger and never waver
You came back
and told all sorts of stories
uncertain which one to believe
is this your true form?
or an act of deceit?
It saddens me...
I looked at you
and somewhat saw
the person I once knew
the person who chose the most improbable route
in retrospect
I realized
how I barely know you
how many things I tend to hold back
due to instinct that never seem to fail me
You came for a reason
I thanked you for dropping by for the season
now we could all move on
as you once again
fade into oblivion.

Seasons
Goodbye my love
It's time to part
Cheer up!
Move on as we restart
You'll always have a room
Inside my heart
but it won't be the same ever again
Thanks for the memories
Promises kept
For all the times we spent
I wish you all the best
May our dreams come true
I'll try to be there for you
although I can't promise anything yet...
We lost track of time
As we had a lot of fun
Through ups and downs
Thanks for everything!
I owe you one.

Indefinite
you simply need to walk away
chill & step out
breathe in some fresh air.
Get a Grip!
don't get too wrapped up
for you might choke & lose the essence.
You did your best
or so you hope
it takes time to cope
A slice of life.

My Review: 5 out of 5 stars
I like Jonathan's voice his pronunciation definitely brought the characters to life!
:OMG THIS BOOK! so many unexpected twists and turns! I got quite confused at first because I never thought there would be so many characters and chain of events/involvements put together that even happened way back in the day of the story we're all witnessing it's so good! W:OW! I'm amazed how well put together this novel was and the characters wh:oa! some of them they got me going there they made me think maybe this guy is the culprit or maybe that guy over there but it's all under my nose this entire time and Oh dear Fermin you funny guy!(especially at Chapter 16)I like how he compare guys as light bulbs and girls as iron when they heat up. I somewhat like the ending such a rush it all went by so fast! to think how much time lapse.
here's some of my favorite quotes:
"There's no such thing as dead languages only dormant minds"
"To truly hate is an art one learned with time"-Daniel
"We exist as long as somebody remembers us"~Jullian Carax
"only 3 or 4 things are worth living for the rest is manure!"-Fermin
"saint holy shit and holy cow"-Fermin(chap25)
"destiny is usually just around the corner like a thief, hooker or lottery vendor is 3 most common personifications but what destiny does not do is home visits you have to go for it!"-Fermin

"You can't give up on your famiy no matter how tempting they make it" -Hermes
The story got a very interesting take though there are lots of things that still doesn't make sense like the prophecy and about the camp. It's so weird that that place is dying and yet why won't they do something about it til the sudden hero journey quest request.(hero conquest)
Ugh Clarisse is so annoying! Luke's quite easily manipulated (sort of I think) like a lap dog.
Oh Percy you are indeed a quite a lucky fellow!
and that ending what the?! :O

About the book:(from Goodreads)
It seems too good to be true. After centuries of bitter strife and fatal treachery, the seven powers dividing the land have decimated one another into an uneasy truce. Or so it appears. . . . With the death of the monstrous King Joffrey, Cersei is ruling as regent in King’s Landing. Robb Stark’s demise has broken the back of the Northern rebels, and his siblings are scattered throughout the kingdom like seeds on barren soil. Few legitimate claims to the once desperately sought Iron Throne still exist—or they are held in hands too weak or too distant to wield them effectively. The war, which raged out of control for so long, has burned itself out.(more)

I really like roy avers voice also the shift of characters POVs I'm really surprised :0
In half a heart beat a lot of people died.SEVEN BLOODY HELLS!
Valar morghulis!
That moment when I realized Daenerys is one of the most kickass female fictional character. I wanna learn & speak valyrian! Dracarys!
Everything sounds so convincing I don't know which one/who to believe anymore. There's no safe place or when you think you are..it ends there.
Well at least Sansa got a bit of character development and Arya seems to be everywhere.Jon Snow don't know anything you bastard! Yngritte gets on my nerves saying the same old lines over and over why can't she just say it instead of saying "you don't know anything Jon Snow" ugh
Jaimie looks like a changed man I mean like holy sheeeet I can't believe they actually did that to him.I'd like to ship Brienne of Tarth & him (Jaimie) so weird I know but it might actually work. XD
Sam the slayer Gods be good!
There are a lot of things going on and moving about in this book it's absolutely wonderful! George RR Martin made killing off characters looked flawless!

About the book:(from Goodreads)
Time is out of joint. The summer of peace and plenty, ten years long, is drawing to a close, and the harsh, chill winter approaches like an angry beast. Two great leaders—Lord Eddard Stark and Robert Baratheon—who held sway over and age of enforced peace are dead...victims of royal treachery. Now, from the ancient citadel of Dragonstone to the forbidding shores of Winterfell, chaos reigns, as pretenders to the Iron Throne of the Seven Kingdoms prepare to stake their claims through tempest, turmoil, and war.(more)
I tuned in all the way to the audiobook read by Roy Dotrice it was a bit weird & I still got confused with his voice the way he delivered his lines since I got used to GOT read by Roy Avers but it was ok and tolerable.
There's lots of planning, death, backstabbing, blackmagic, tricks, bits of action here & there.Darkness & well I didn't expect Freedom but it was really nice also the great escape was a great treat.
I'm so proud of myself *pats back* I never thought I could get into this book/series and a lot characters POVs. I'm completely at awe due to a lot of additional and awesome appearances of other characters in the story they definitely add a lot of flavor, characteristic, resistance and more epic details. Some of my favorite new characters in this book The Reed siblings they're so nice & embraced their God given gift & talent WOW!
and oh Renly I knew it! Rainbow knights eh? ;) I just hope he stick to the rule in ascension.
The Hound surprised me :O
So proud of the Stark house.STAY STRONG!
New Characters I love to hate Melisandre I don't know whether she's up to good or bad or completely manipulative.I just hope Stanis stands up for himself.
About the HBO TV SERIES, well there's quite a lot of variation in season 2 & 3 mix in this but it's all good although I thought that season 3 will be about book 5 but it's still early for that.I'm looking forward to all of these things.

About the book:(from Goodreads)
My Review: 4.5 out of 5 stars
It took me awhile to finish this..I dropped and picked it up multiple times for there are some things that just bore me and can't visualize at times.I watched the HBO tv series that's now been going for their 3rd season which is fantastic!hooray! this truly helped me a lot they're quite faithful to the book. That's why I decided to listen to this again to clear my confusion. At first like I said I found it boring but then as I tune in for more ,listened to it patiently whenever I got freetime or if I'd like to go handsfree from reading (multi tasking) I appreciated the very essence of audiobook read by Roy Avers it was really nice...I like his voice.
I found myself rooting for some characters like Arya,Jon,Daenerys & Tyrion. This is also the first time the word Bastard enlightened me in a whole new different level (well I never thought of it that way but when I thought about it some more I guess Mr. Martin was right afterall haha I'll never think of that word the same way ever again!)
My favorite character by far is Arya I like her a lot I definitely saw some of myself in her growing up.The gender bender aspect caught me by surprise..sad & nice at the same time.My least favorite is Sansa typical princess and love blind to Joffrey I don't think it's even love in the first place since they're so young perhaps a puppy love ( or like a wolf to a lion love haha)she's nice & courteous though I sense there's something brewing inside of her like the Lannisters.I despise Joffrey the first time I encountered his character he's such a spoiled brat rotten to the core!.Cersei,is also one of the characters I love to hate with a passion and don't let me start about little finger ugh such guy.
The dire wolves OMG! I love them so so much.Very Adorable & fearsome!
The house banners & sayings/quote/oath some are creatively made that sometimes completely sum up or at least you'll get the idea how the rest of the houses are.
I never thought and I feared for Eddard's life also for his beloved family they're so nice.I understand why he has done it although I prefer otherwise & as the story progress it shocked me for such revelations, lies & deceit.OMG! The Game of thrones is definitely the perfect title for this book.

Connection
although we're both a phone call or message away
one day for sure we'll manage to catch up
Let's try to sync our schedule perhaps?
have coffee,eat out,laugh,chat til dawn
like the good old days
Reminiscing,
playing video games,
and music is what we do best.
just to name a few loads of things we both like and love.
It's always a pleasure to see you
Whenever chance we got
At least we're not at all completely blank

My Review: 3 out of 5 stars
I received an ARC from Penguin Group (7/22/2013) even though it was published June 2013 I like it (less pressure I guess haha!)
I haven't read black city and yet I read this book on a whim it was alright. The flashbacks on this one was pretty good I don't feel left out although I must admit I think I'm missing some happenings on the first one I must get on with it one of these days along with the last one..soon mayhaps...
I love the burning feather cover of this sequel. The character names and places are mediocre it feels like a rip off from other novels, quite ironic and funny as I try to compare them.It has that holocaust element into it as well. The map is like the U.S with variations. I saw a few typos I hope they're able to spot and correct it before publishing.
and WHAT THE FRAGG?!everything happened so fast!a bit predictable..still pretty much interesting the guessing game kept me going and I managed to guess right who will rat who (sometimes) and yet I'm greatly amused more of surprised really in the end.
Love,Mystery,Rebellion,Chaos,Death,More Questions, answers, stories/confessions told and began unfold! I saw the pattern. (it still makes me think is this really truly young adult?)

3.Magic Tree House book 4: Pirates Past Noon
4. Nightshade by Andrea Cremer
